My local church, Crossroads Fellowship, commissioned me to create a campaign focused around them moving to a new location. This is the first part of that campaign. This is a postcard direct mailer that was sent to every single congregation member within our church. This event was to celebrate the end of an era. The church really grew into what it is now because of all the work done at this location.
The copy is all informational. The piece did not need to sell anyone on anything. The people would come. This piece was more to generate excitement and memories and emotion.
The design was created by an Integ graphic designer.
This direct mail postcard is the second part of the location move campaign I created for Crossroads Fellowship. This postcard was created to promote the first Sunday in the new church.
This postcard was sent to every family household within 2 miles of the church location. We glued a custom nametag in each mailer and provided more at the church on Sunday. Every person, even the long time church comers, wore nametags because we wanted to start fresh and make new people feel like they are starting a new journey with us as well.
The design was created by an Integ graphic designer.
Integ wanted to rebrand their Wide Format printing division. The team I was a part of created the term “environmental graphic” and rebranded Wide Format into that term.
A Environmental Graphic is defined as any graphic that enhances an environment. Examples would be like a wall wrap or a pole banner. The graphic changes the environment and connects people to the place the graphic is in.
This guide is an educational piece that scratches the surface of product options in wide format printing. I wrote most of the copy with the help of the sales team that knows these products. The graphic designer I worked with came up with the directional theme and color scheme.
The best part of this piece is the short stories before each section that portray the product category in a realistic situation.
This paper swatch book took a lot of coordination from multiple parties, but the result was amazing. This tool is invaluable because it has samples of over 40 stocks of paper from all types of paper.
The world of paper is crazy and complicated and I learned so much during this project. The copy for these particular pages me and the creative director wrote. The artwork on each stock, which is not pictured here, contained information about the stock. That information took multiple people across the company to gather.
This project was one of the hardest and most frustrating I have ever been a part of, but the result was worth the turmoil.
One graphic designer worked on this project and did an incredible job. Having to design for many differnet types of paper is challengind and this project was a big hit with Integ’s customers.
This folded 8.5 x 11 print piece was an insert ad in the Waco Chamber magazine. Integ Creative wanted to make a statement because at the time an alarming number of our customers did not know about Integ’s other services. Almost every time our sales people asked the customers about other needs they have, the customers would question that we did anything other than print. We wanted to educate and change that conversation.
The numbers were gathered through internal research by me. These numbers were meant to amaze people with how big they are. I wrote the copy in a confident and slightly arrogant tone so we come off as someone that “is kind of a big deal.”
This ad was a big hit and our promotional products and environmental graphics division gained new customers because of it.
The design was created by an Integ graphic designer. He created all the graphics from scratch and came up with the way to navigate the reader through the facts.

This teaser video was created by me to promote Crossroads Fellowship’s august sermon series.
The sermon was about the power of gathering at a table as a family and doing it routinely. This video was posted on the church’s Facebook with a link to a landing page where prospective visitors learned about the fall schedule for 2018 and could sign up through a contact form to gain access to more information.
The graphic showed in the video was created by an Integ graphic designer.
SportClips hosts a massive convention each year called The Huddle and Integ had a booth in that convention in 2018. We had a list of people we mailed a preliminary mailer to before the convention and gathered a lot of contacts during the convention.
We compiled all those contacts and sent a mailer with promotional pricing on direct mail marketing packages. I and the creative director wrote the copy and an Integ graphic designer created the design.
The goal was to get SportClips franchisers to use Integ as their direct mail printing and mailing outsource.
Integ’s first white page focused on improving direct mail marketing campaigns. Of all the types of advertising and marketing I have created, the form I am most experienced in is direct mail marketing.
I wrote all the copy from personal knowledge and knowledge I gathered through some interviews within Integ. Our creative director, helped me a lot with the copy. My favorite part of this white page is the “Direct Mail Marketing is Not Dead” article that I wrote myself.
I have seen what direct mail marketing can do and I highly recommend that any B2B marketing includes this form of advertising.
The genius design of the numbers was created by an Integ graphic designer.
